PRE-OPENING INSPECTION. THE LITTLE PIG PREP AREA WAS GIVEN PERMISSION TO OPERATE BY KANKAKEE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THE BARREL ROOM AREA IS STILL IN THE CONSTRUCTION STAGE AND NOT READY FOR OPENING. A SEPARATE FOLLOW-UP WILL BE DONE FOR THIS SIDE WHEN THEY ARE READY.
RECEIVED APPLICATION AND FEE FOR THE LICENSE. PLEASE CALL WHEN THE BARREL ROOM PORTION IS READY. |
